I had high hopes for my experience at this salon. I was looking for a new hairstylist and initially scheduled a consultation. Everything went well. Bridget was friendly, took the time to explain her plan for my hair, and seemed very knowledgeable. Given her many years of experience, I felt confident I had found someone I could count on. Booked a foot massage online, received an email and text confirming my appointment. When I arrived the apparent owner was sitting on her phone with a yappy dog that barked at me when I entered and several strong smelling candles burning filling the space with an overly sweet chemical smell. The owner was not aware that I had an appt and said she no longer provides foot massages. Waste of my time and gas. I will have to monitor my credit card statement to ensure I was not charged.
Bridget at the Cottage Salon does an incredible job. She’s fabulous! I recently got a balayage and a cut, and the color turned out beautifully—soft, natural, and exactly what I was hoping for. The styling was just as impressive. I left the salon feeling great and received so many compliments afterward. Bridget is very skilled and creates a comfortable, easy experience from start to finish. I’ve been a return customer. Highly recommend!
I go here to get my nails done by Katrina! She listens to what I want and even knows what I need even when I don’t know! If you want true artistry and gorgeous nails. Check her out!!
Booked a sweet 16 hair and makeup appointment with Bridget. Booked 2 weeks in advance. She cancelled 2 hours before the appointment. I had a photo shoot and party scheduled. I ended up having to pay a ton more because of the last minute, weekend cancelation. Do not recommend her.
