Today we received The following: “At the present time Warranty/Punchlist work has been temporarily suspended, as soon as it resumes, you will be notified. Laurie LBEHRENS_EMAIL SIGNATURE_MED.png” No phone call, no explanation. Future buyers beware!

Cardinal Builders abandoned The Cottages of Southport without completing major infrastructure work. Road paving, storm water drainage. We as a community are now left with $475k worth of work to complete development. BUYER BEWARE
