I have been to this community several times and have found the staff to be professional, attentive and caring.
My dad was there from 1-5-22 until 1-28-22 after his hospital stay. He was there for “therapy”, but only got like 30 minutes about 4 days a week. We get a call from Annie today that he owes $5600 because Community Care Senior “denied” his stay. I called Community Care and was told that they only knew he was there from 1-5-22 to 1-12-22 and that they have not even received a claim.
