I ordered a costume on the 11 of October and was told it would ship in 7 business days. Fast forward to the 20th when I reached out (for the second time) to check on my order status and was told they would check and respond back in 48 hours. I had to email AGAIN on Saturday saying that I needed it by the 29th and if it wasn’t going to be done by then that I would cancel my order and they canceled my order and refunded me without giving ANY explanation as to why the order was delayed.
