My saving grace for all my aches and pains. Without Chris helping me get all the knots and kinks out of my system I would not be able to function. Since, Chris started his business, I refuse to go to anyone else. He knows how to work out those tight knots with finesse and strength during the deep tissue massages he gives me. Once, he had to refer me to someone else as he was out of town, and while she definitely knew how to give a deep tissue massage, she made me cry. Chris is tough, but I've still been able to avoid tears with him. He's also personable and just a fun guy to chat with while he works on you. Hands down best massage I've ever had. As an athlete I struggle to find a massage that is deep enough to relieve tension, Chris hit it spot on. He also stretches the body in ways I am unable to do so myself. Highly recommended. Plus we listened to classic rock! :)
Chris has the perfect balance of strength and sensitivity with his massages. He quickly identifies trouble spots and finds a way to ease into the really intense, deep tissue work I need. He uses a thorough variety of massage techniques, including some elements of Thai massage, deep tissue, and stretching.
