Whenever I shop here, I usually come out with more than what I came for! The employees are very knowledgeable and friendly. I always get helpful recommendations and have tried some products I never considered before with good results. It even has a warehouse vibe. The stock can change, so there are always some surprises! I highly recommend this store.

I visited the Altoona outlets store on Friday, 5/27/2022 at 12:42 p.m.. and was very dissatisfied with the customer services provided by the store manager. My initial encounter with the manager ( I don't know her name as she refused to give me her name when asked - she told me that was private). was very low engagement from her as she was focused on putting up shelving in the store.
