Rude staff unfortenatley feels like they constantly judge you while you shop
Every time I've gone into this store I've regretted it. I want to give them a chance to have better attitudes or nicer people working that day and each time its just as bad as before. The staff immediately look you up and down to see if you are worth their time and basic decency. If you aren't upper middle aged, cloaked in designer clothes, or carrying designer bags, then they treat you like annoying bug flying around. I love love love the cosmetics company store! Always the best deals and they are so accommodating whenever I have questions. The manager took time out of her day to help me for over a half hour with my purchase. Keep up the great work girls!!
Always good deals but Emily made us wanna leave the store and never come back. We weren’t welcomed by her even tho purchased a decent amount of products. Other staff were sweet so it’s a wash and a balance, I guess the service you get here depends on how lucky you get, definitely wasn’t my lucky day. I hope if Emily had a bad day today , tomorrow will treat her better and she will treat others better🍀
