First of all, I want to say that this is the worst customer service experience I have ever had in my life over 30 years, and I NEVER filed a complaint before. I went to the Cosmetics Company Store(CCS) at ********** ** ***** in the morning around 10am on 6/10/2023. I was the only person in the store. I selected several Eastee Lauder products and when I ready to check out, I told the store manager I had a promotion from ******** that "if I purchase more than $200 Estee Lauder item at the **** I would receive a Micro Essence S... read more

My sweet husband tried to surprise me for my birthday with a gift card to be used at my favorite salon/spa for a facial and a massage. He mistakenly thought that because it was an Aveda salon that meant that they would take an Aveda gift card. Apparently, this is not the case. There are no Aveda salons in our area that I can find that will accept Aveda gift cards for services.
