Terrible experience. Rude, unhelpful staff who don't know their own products. It felt like I was inconveniencing them by trying to buy something. Do not waste your time here. The service was so bad that I watched 2 employees bully another worker to the point that she looked like she was in tears it was absolutely terrible. Where is the management? The girls in there are amazing. As soon as I walked in they greeted me with a smile and explained all the promotions they had going on! I purchased 12 makeup items for under $150 and received a free gift from Estée Lauder. I saved a lot of money and I will definitely be returning.
The salespersons are super kind and helpful.
Very helpful in getting me what I needed
First time walking into a cosmetics store for the first time, I didn’t know what to expect—but the staff made it such a great experience. Super friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Prices were amazing and the 10% off was a nice bonus. I’ll definitely be coming back!!!
