We had the most wonderful experience today at the Tinton Falls store. Rachel and Erica went above and beyond. They both were so knowledgeable and so incredibly patient. Helped me find the perfect Tom Ford fragrance and my wife some lipstick.
Lisa was so helpful! The store was super clean & I will be coming from North Jersey just to stop here!!!!
Pls DO NOT GO HERE. THE STORE HAS A VERY R******* manager who refuses to even answer your questions, forget helping you. The lady in to store turned a completely deaf ear to me when I asked her to check me in on billing with my membership number. I asked her thrice if she can add my number into my invoice, she turned a deaf ear at first and then when I said l I am talking to you, lady”, she said in front of all the customers - “bye, I am busy”.
