My sweet husband tried to surprise me for my birthday with a gift card to be used at my favorite salon/spa for a facial and a massage. I placed an order last month and I didn't receive it, I called customer service to ask about my package, they said I have to go to *** to pick it up. I told them I was busy and couldn't get there and the package was delayed for more than 2 weeks and I don't want it anymore, please help me send it back to the company sender (Este Lauder), they agreed and waited for a while. few days they will refund my credit card.
