My sweet husband tried to surprise me for my birthday with a gift card to be used at my favorite salon/spa for a facial and a massage. He mistakenly thought that because it was an Aveda salon that meant that they would take an Aveda gift card. Apparently, this is not the case. There are no Aveda salons in our area that I can find that will accept Aveda gift cards for services. We have tried calling Aveda gift card services three times now and they absolutely refuse to return the gift card. They are saying that they never acc... read more

I placed an order last month and I didn't receive it, I called customer service to ask about my package, they said I have to go to *** to pick it up. I told them I was busy and couldn't get there and the package was delayed for more than 2 weeks and I don't want it anymore, please help me send it back to the company sender (Este Lauder), they agreed and waited for a while. few days they will refund my credit card. I am a long time MAC customer, and have been disappointed in the conflicting information listed on the website vs what is provided by customer service (**). The ** agents do not know the products, promotions, or company. Back to MAC is advertised as ending on March 31. I've tried to return products, as part of the Back to MAC promotion, for over 2 months. The website glitches, and prohibits this.
