We went in to get some products. One of the staff ( girl with black straight hair) kept hovering around us as if we were running away. We had minimal makeup on so I guess she judged us. They didn’t have the product or the tester. My friend suggested to try the shade that works for her and she picked her shade since she needed to buy it anyway. The item I bought appeared to be already used. Some of the product was smeared across the inside of the container.
I just left there with over a 200$ purchase and of course we were trying stuff on for color matches. The 2 girls that were working were talking crap about me to my aunt who they didn’t realize was part of my group. They were mad because we were trying on “everything” aka foundation shades. We didn’t do anything out of the norm. She also said something slick because I asked if they take a cosmetology discount.
I went for the first time today after finding the store off social media. I was greeted right away but two kind employees. TONS of amazing deals. I think I spent 70 and got like ten items. Amazing! Will be back. Thank you!
I had a very disappointing experience at this cosmetic shop. The staff member I interacted with was extremely rude and unprofessional. When I politely inquired about the availability of a specific lipstick, instead of checking in the back, she arrogantly replied that everything she has is already on display. She was unwelcoming and rude and made the entire experience unpleasant. I will not be returning.
