The store has some great deals but the WORST customer service from the manager Sonya. She follows women of color around the store. I asked to smell a tester of a fragrance that I was gonna buy she said yesterday "you people" came in and sprayed a lot of one of the display bottles. When I asked who you people were she got upset. She hit the counter with my fragrance and said "If you want to smell it that bad open yours and smell it" I then asked her her name 3 times she refused and asked y I needed it. Great store, the staff is awsome especially the Manager Sonya! They always have the hard to find stuff and ships fast and always packaged well! Highly recommended you guys stop by!
Love the prices of the makeup. I actually made 3 trips there while I was on vacation. I will definitely be ordering online from them. To top it all off all three of the girls I met that work there were amazing. They were all very helpful and friendly. One of the three was a manager I met and she was super awesome too.
I stopped in the store on my way home on august 30th and while i was waiting in line i notice an altercation between an employee and what seemed to be the store manager. From what i gathered, the employee had some questions about an upcoming schedule and the manager just point blank blew up. We all have bad days, but a manager taking it out on an employee is uncalled for and the fact that customers were present is beyond disrespectful. The manager is the only reason for my 1 star .
