I have visited the cosmetic company store at the Hagerstown premium outlets here in Maryland on two occasions. Both times I ran across a retail sales associate and makeup artist by the name of Mary. Drove 3 hours away to come to this location, because I can't stand the one near my home. I was on a trip, so it only took me an extra 45 minutes to get there from my vacation spot, but I purposely planned it that way, and I am so PLEASED I did! The staff was PHENOMENAL. I never met such nice, helpful, and kind people at a Cosmetics Company Store before. I wish I would have paid closer attention to the 2 gentleman's names that were there, but I hope they see this and know who they are! I arrived with only 20 minutes to get my... read more

I arrive and I am met with a be back at 3:45 sign. This was a 30 min ride for me and I am not pleased.
