Called about making an offer on a house, and I was told it was too late, only to find out I had plenty of time days later. Made an offer that was over listing, and the listing agent said it was great and they would accept. Instead, she used it as bait for other buyers to get more money and never gave me a shot to compete. Very unprofessional, untrustworthy, and an unethical agent.
Julie Cosgrove was a pleasure to work with. She helped us during a very difficult time , not only with selling my mother's home, but also moving my mom to memory care. We couldn't have done it without her!
