Arrived to my appointment on time. After waiting to get checked in they told me I was one more floor up. We went to the 3rd floor where we waited again to get checked in. When we went to the counter to check in they said we needed to go to the next office over. We let them know right away that they were the third office we visited. She excused herself and came back to say we had to reschedule. They canceled our appointment and would not give any understanding of the 2 hr round trip plus a day off work that I will not be able... read more

I am a newer patient with Dr. Gotchall. I moved to OR from AZ where I have had the same pulmonary doctor since 2006.I have COPD and have gotten really worse over the last couple of years. After a thorough round of test to establish a base line and three visits with the doctor I am very pleased. I have stopped taking daily steriods and learned several breathing exercises that have really helped clear my lungs.Dr. Gotchall is engaged in my care and easy to talk to.
