The employees are nice enough but I felt like they rush the patients in and out. Sam saw me all of 10 minutes on my first and second session, stretched one leg and sat me at a machine then said he had another patient. I cancelled all remaining appointments. Learn some stretches and do them at home
I saw Sarah Webb out of concern during my pregnancy for pelvic pain. I followed her exercise routines and recommendations, which resulted in a good birth experience and quick recovery. She also helped prepare me for labor and delivery by teaching me how to push, and breathe well, and helped me find good positions that fit my needs. She provided trauma-informed care throughout my treatment and was a wonderful person to talk to.
