RecommendedI visited last week in ICC due to an earache/sinus issue. I want to say Dr Waterman is awesome!!! What an awesome staff.. Angie at the front desk was very informative via phone on triage protocol, everyone was so nice and helpful... The safety measures on point and in no way did I feel like I was an inconvenience being there or when calling like I've experienced in other walk ins... Great job all!!! Be careful of their billing practices. They will bill you for services they did not perform and not provide you with an itemized list. I have tried calling the billing Dept and they will not call me back.

Just called in to ask about testing because I have C19 symptoms. Receptionist was great. In less than 1 hour, 2 nurses called me back to check in and confirm my current actions (stay home as my symptoms are mild). In this time of insecurity for many, your staff was professional AND kind. Praying for u all.
