I was a MINUTE passed their 7-minute late policy and they refused me admission for my intake appointment. I am speechless. I have been a patient for YEARS with these people and the front desk was completely unwilling to work with me on this. I am under considerable mental and emotional stress due to current life circumstances and am a full time student who just moved, and now my rescheduled visit isn’t for another month and a half. Unfortunate that the front desk individual I talked to was so rude and unhelpful.
Absolutely terrible. Been waiting 2 months for sleep test results and I stop in one day to check in in person and they tell me the sleep clinic moved to a different location in Albany. Whatever, go there and they tell me to go to Corvallis. Place is staffed by window licking morons who think a healthy diet consists of diet Coke and cheese puffs.
Dr. Davis has restored my hope in doctors. He was very kind and patient and listened to my bodily complaints intently and without judgement. I felt very heard and he took the time to observe the ailments. He was quick to offer help and to move forward. The front desk ladies were also welcoming. After many difficult doctors visitors in the past I am happy to call this location my new doctor’s office.
The doctor I saw for s sleep study assessment was nice enough, but the many emails I received to create an account and then view my bill were annoying. I received several each week between mid-January and mid-March, yet when I tried to create an account I got a message that I needed to call my provider and request permission to view my records. What was the point of the emails if you weren't going to do that ahead of time? When I called, the person I spoke to said they don't know why they send those emails and that I needed ... read more
