We had a very disappointing experience with Sharon Corr on October 3, 2025. She was unprofessional, and completely lacked transparency. It felt like she was trying to mislead us and hide important details, which is unacceptable from someone in a role that requires honesty and trust. I would not recommend working with her, especially if you’re looking for someone who values clear communication, respect, and ethical business practices.
Sharon was the buyers realtor for the sale of my home and I was very disappointed in the way the transaction was handled when it came to the closing. Agents should coach their buyers every step of the way and hers came completely unprepared with payment at closing. We were moving out of state and this delayed our plans on leaving and cost us extra out of pocket, unnecessary, expenses. Where to even start. Sharon and her team are excellent! Sharon showed my husband and I a lot of properties and was knowledgeable in all aspects. She could tell if something wasn’t quite right and knew exactly what to ask the other agent. Communication was constant. She never left us waiting (which honestly I don’t even know how she does it!) and she was on top of everything. Spectacular customer service! Sharon was our realtor for both the sale of our old home and purchase of our new home, and she was amazing on both fronts. She kept us in the loop, made sure we knew what was going on, and advised us through the whole process. If you are looking to buy or sell a home in New England, I can not recommend Sharon Corr highly enough.
