Renter Beware! I’m a resident of an apartment community owed by this group (Cedarview Commons Apartments in North St. Paul) and will be leaving soon. The apartment is not maintained or up to date. My bathroom tub, sink and toilet fixtures are rusted, corroded and literally falling apartment. Maintenance requests go unfulfilled and management does no follow up. My unit has cockroaches, and when you turn on the water there is a strong stench emanating form the plumbing. Smells unsanitary and rotten every time I use the water. ... read more
