Nice place to live. on site superintendent was great and always available. Management were great and always on top of things. Only con was (I can only speak about my apartment) The above tenant seemed to stomp so we were able to hear when they moved around their apartment.
I lived at Cornerstone apartments for a year. Good: The Maintenance guy is responsive, easy access to 165T bus to NY. Good view while facing Euclid Ave. Gas is included. Bad: The laundry machines are limited and often not functioning. The single elevator in the building breaks down, too. Ugly: 1) Price per sq footage, the cost is that of a luxury apartment if you take the rent /sq ft of the apartment. I lived on 4E, so this only applies to the 4th floor.
