I lived at Cornerstone apartments for a year. Good: The Maintenance guy is responsive, easy access to 165T bus to NY. Good view while facing Euclid Ave. Gas is included. Bad: The laundry machines are limited and often not functioning. The single elevator in the building breaks down, too. Ugly: 1) Price per sq footage, the cost is that of a luxury apartment if you take the rent /sq ft of the apartment. I lived on 4E, so this only applies to the 4th floor. It's hard to believe it's already been a year since I moved into The Cornerstone Apartment Building - Ridgetop at 30 Euclid Ave in Hackensack, and honestly, it's been a year filled with happiness and comfort. My apartment itself is bright, comfortable, and truly feels like my own space. And knowing that the maintenance team is always there, ready to help with a smile, adds such a layer of peace. Great place to live very nice people living Here.new management has done wonderful up grades to the building inside and out And superintendent Mark has always kept up with the maintenance orders day and night he has gone above and beyond I truly recommended the cornerstone for a peaceful Living come and see for yourself Antonio chevalier
Nice place to live. on site superintendent was great and always available. Management were great and always on top of things. Only con was (I can only speak about my apartment) my the above tenant seemed to stomp so we were able to hear when they moved around their apartment.
