Great place to live very nice people living Here.new management has done wonderful up grades to the building inside and out And superintendent Mark has always kept up with the maintenance orders day and night he has gone above and beyond I truly recommended the cornerstone for a peaceful Living come and see for yourself Antonio chevalier
Nice place to live. on site superintendent was great and always available. Management were great and always on top of things. Only con was (I can only speak about my apartment) my the above tenant seemed to stomp so we were able to hear when they moved around their apartment.
Living here for a few years now, I am very happy with the building ; the way they upkeep it - and any issues and concerns are addressed almost immediately. It’s a great building to live in , people are nice and I would highly recommend!!
The only thing this place cares about is money... they charge you for everything... be careful and read the lease careful. I paid for my apartnment on time for 6 years in a row and was a loyal customer they still screw you over at the end with security deposit. Also if you live on 3rd or 4th floor the elevator breaks constantly. At one time it was out for 2-3 month. People are moving out regularly because the landlord does not care about the people.
