I had a great experience living here. Great area, very safe, beautiful view out my window, surrounded by nature. Management respond well, and I received my deposit back very quickly. Thank you!
Edit: I'm still on the wait list! Nobody has called me to say there are units available...so you mean to tell me - in the last 5 years not one unit became available? Give me a break - this organization lies and I wonder how they actually treat their tenants. I've been on the waiting list for 3 years and no availability but I routinely see ads for units. When I call them, they ask what I'm looking for then say oh sorry not available, then i ask them what's available and they say only 2 bedroom or they ask what else you want. ... read more
Nice and clean building, steps away from the bus stop, Nesters, and restaurants. Probably one of the best locations on the mountain. The manager, Tina, is very patient, helpful, and responsive.
Amazing people and environment. Managers are helpful and communication is perfect
They recently posted a flyer in the building elevator saying that if you give them 5 stars on Google map, they will give you a $50 gift card or something. So don't trust the reviews below as they are probably fake. The units are severely overpriced anyways.
