RecommendedI've lived here since 2017 and would love to stay here for a very long time. The location in downtown Waukesha is perfect and I love that the Fox River is right across the street. The entire staff is amazing; friendly, great at their jobs, and always helpful. The maintenance staff is the best I've had at any apartment complex I've lived in. The building is quiet and well maintained. I'd recommend Rivers Edge to anyone.
I have been a resident at Plum Tree for two years and love it! The staff are wonderful. The maintenance is quick with any concerns. The grounds are gorgeous! I will call Plum Tree home for many years to come! Thank you Plum Tree!
Plum Tree is a great place to live! It's well maintained by a friendly staff that's on top of everything and is willing to go out of their way to keep you satisfied. It's our home, and I wouldn't have it any other way!
Yes I absolutely do!!! I totally just left their apartment party (they have 2 every year) and it was awesome. Good, drinks, prizes and good people. I love being here. Plus it’s so quiet in here 😻
Best value for the area in Overland Park, Johnson County, Kansas.
While I have not had many problems with my apartment unit I am however, disappointed in the readiness of the amenities and the office staff. The pools have been closed the majority of the summer, not to mention, it took almost a month to open after Memorial Day. The office staff, half the time, is not able to answer why the pools are closed and then send the pool cleaners to clean up their problem after being notified. every thing about the place is bs to high price very high electric bill in the summer because people down stairs dont run the air and living in the upper unit your air never stops running
