I really wanted to like going to Corner tavern, but last night was the last chance. Both my friend and I were overcharged, and when bringing it to the attention of the owner, she called us drunk and liars. (We are both in the bar business and are in our 30s...not our first night out) To our shogren, we agreed to pay the padded tabs, gave her our cards and she handed it back with a gratuity added. So said that the owner was so mean and unwelcoming! Literally she walked up to me and said “What are you doing? Why are you looking around? I’m the owner!” Very unwelcoming. The inside is unkept! I would do a much much better owning and running this place! It would be welcoming to all and a true nightlife destination in Newnan! The current owner is horrible! Time to retire!
