Ross is a very good optometrist who cares about a person's problems.
The opening hours (on Google) need to be updated. I came here hoping to replace my nose pads and there was no one here, no signage around opening hours or about it being closed for the day...
Ross knows his stuff and is able to clearly explain what is going on. He is a professional, and a decent human being.
When you’re having problems with your vision you get anxious and start to panic, you need an Optometrist that knows what they are doing and how to calm your brain down by providing it facts and reason. Haven’t had such a reassuring and helpful Optometrist in my life, definitely coming here again!
Great people here, and they do free pensioner spectacles which is good too.
