Received an arrangement that was beautiful but unfortunately, 4 days later they drooped and not even a week yet, the flowers died. I called to let them know twice. Both days, two different people, I was told they would let the owner know and they would get back with me but, no one reached out/ returned my call to replace or even say they were sorry. I sent pictures of the day I received and the 4th day so they would see. IMO use another florist if looking in the Ft Pierce/ PSL area. Sending flowers these days is too expensiv... read more
The Flower Venue Is wonderful. Their flowers are fresh. Their arrangements are lovely. On time careful delivery. They will go above and beyond whatever is necessary to remedy a problem that might occur. I believe they are the best flower provider in the area. I give them a five star rating.
