I had been looking for sausage for old family recipe. Talked to butcher who said he had something similar to what I was looking for, but it hadn't been stuffed. I asked if he could prepare 10lbs for me. He gladly said it would be ready in a couple of hours. When I went in to pick up my order, he had cooked some up for me to sample. It was amazingly closed to what I had described. If you're looking for southwest Texas sausage, ask for the "hot Hungarian", a perfect blend of beef and pork. You won't be disappointed!
This place has the worst service that I have ever experienced. Knowing that people are on their lunch breaks and employees are just walking around and not saying anything about delays-the panini machine not turned on until asked is unacceptable. Worst yet is the fact that your people not communicating for almost 40 minutes, and providing options to the customer is why small businesses that has this type of service/mentality will not last long. Good Deli on the go While they are a butcher shop, they are also a great deli. They have sandwiches and ribs, wine and good stuff to go.
Love the Ribs – Yummmmmm. If you are too tired (or not a chef like me) to cook their meats, they will do it for you. They also have a nice selection of wines and beer to take home with your meal. Highly recommend.
