Just had breakfast at the corner beet and it was delicious! I had the gringo toast and it was so flavorful. It had melted cheddar and pico de gallo and I added egg. I also enjoyed a glass of the hibiscus tea, perfect! If your in the area I highly recommend stopping in!

I absolutely love the corner beet, I originally came in for the cold pressed juice but was pleasantly surprised by an entire vegetarian menu. The carrot cake juice is my go to choice. Stop by this awesome joint you'll be very happy you did!
