Absolutely love it. We moved in on the 15th and are really happy with our overall experience. The entire leasing team is great. Friendly, Personable and most importantly Helpful. There is not one bad thing i can say.
I just renewed my lease here at The Core. I love my beautiful studio. I feel so safe here and the property is immaculate. The staff is always so friendly and helpful. This summer should be so much fun with all of the events and restaurant choices. Wonderful community.
The tour was very pleasant.Eneia was patient, considerate and kind..I had a great experience viewing the 1 bedrooms..The Core is a well built and comfortable premise..a lot of thought and planning went into the buildings and design of the apartments.
The Core at Station Yards is hands down the best place to live. My boyfriend and I recently signed a lease for a 2 bed/2 bath at the core and we couldn’t be more excited about it. Thanks to Nick in the leasing office for helping us out along the way. He is seriously the best! If you want an amazing place to live visit Nick and he will get you squared away. 10/10 service, would recommend.
I have been renting at the core for a little over 7 months and I could not imagine living anywhere else. It is a well maintained property, with friendly and responsive management. They have prompt maintenance response times, a quiet and safe area (even with the train station across the street). The common areas are clean, great amenities, apartments are well suited for everyone, and a great value for the price.
