When we were looking for a place to live we came across this place. It was great until new company took over. We were told nothing would change but then they started to move people around between the complex that they own. We lost Nick the person that made us decide to pick this place over other places. Nick made this place feel like Station Yards was your home. The Core is not the same without Nick. Got over charged on my rent by over $300 due to an error on the new company running the place. I love living at The Core! Convenient location for someone who works in the city, agreeable rent rates for the area, and clean amenities. Close to a bunch of restaurants! Staff is super welcoming and always say hello when I pass them day to day. Will be renewing!
Fire alarms go off all the time.. it’s disruptive for me and my family.. big disappointment there has been no action plan
Fix the fire alarms. Every review on here references them. If there was ever actually a fire , half of the residents wouldn’t even leave the building because everyone is so used to them going off every other day. Unbelievable that they go off in the middle of the night (tonight 11:30pm) and nobody will send as little as an email addressing the issue or apologizing for the inconvenience.
