We’ve lived here since April 2024 and overall have had a very positive experience. While there were some hiccups during the transition from Bozzuto to Greystar management, the staff has consistently been responsive and proactive whenever issues arise. For example, I had an important package misdelivered last week, and the management team took the time to review camera footage and help locate it, which I really appreciated. Lived there from open Jan 2024 and moved out recently. The property manager doesn’t manage anything all he does is respond to Google reviews. Ever since Greystar took over The Core has rapidly depreciated its value.
I have been a resident at The Core at Station Yards for over two years, and I feel compelled to share how drastically the quality of living has declined since Greystar took over management. When the property was previously managed by Bozzuto, the difference was night and day. The staff was professional, attentive, and genuinely cared about the residents and the community. Place was nice at first ! Parking is way to expensive and between the weed smell on the weekends and the very loud noise on the weekend it’s not worth it. Also took me four months to get my security deposit back. For the price this place is not worth it and walls are very thin !
