This review is about the maintenance crew at the Core Station Yards. I lived in building 2 since they opened in January 2024 and have had several issues with my shower, AC, wifi, sink and more. Every situation I called or submitted a request, it was fixed within the same day or the next day. When my A/C broke in June and the leasing team said there was “nothing they could do” or “we’re working on it”. Every other day the alarm goes off and makes your life living hell we wanted to stay another year here but hell no Not happy with new management Can’t wait to move
Loved the complex when we first moved in but of course when new management came in it made everything worse. The trash being left out in the hallways causes a foul stench throughout the halls. Dog Poop being left on the side walks turns into a game of hopscotch to get to your car without stepping in dog crap. The smells from the dog run when it rains seeps into the apartment and causes an unbearable smell. How do you raise the amenity fee and nothing has been upgraded or changed? Small studio. High price but very new and very nice. Amenities such as restaurants and Healthcare surround the buildings. Gym and outdoor pool.
