Not great communication. Had to chase answers. No real follow up with PT. Didn't seem very invested in our goal of getting pain free after broke back. 3+ months and 1 procedure still in constant pain. We're moving on to someone else. Hopefully they'll communicate and care about outcomes more than Core did! Very disappointed! But they didn't make it worse I think so that's the best I can say for them. Just seemed to keep us waiting and wasted our time!
Everyone here was so friendly likable, and they knew what they were doing. And especially Carrie. Dr. Glenn was wonderful and everybody at the front desk is very friendly and helpful. Cassie is great.
Extremely helpful and friendly staff. Clean facility and nice waiting room. Quick wait time to get called back for X-rays and to the exam room. Dr.Nelson was extremely attentive to all of my past and present concerns. I have a positive outlook for my treatment results.
