They have Enriching programs that build strong communities one person at a time by way of fitness, health education and resources that benefit all. I recommend participating in one of their events. Staff is friendly and welcoming.
Back here in Bennington Vermont I am envolved in all kind of fitness programs and because of what I eat, activities, i.e. tennis, golf, pickle ball, my regular massages and a great night sleep I feel like a 55 year old! Right now I am recuperating from a fall and because I know the value of stretching, deep breathing and keep moving thru the pain, I am able to relax and I need no medication! I would rate this a five star!
Love being a part of the team and teaching at the beautiful facility. They are so prompt and helpful.
