Called and talked with Rob, who wasn’t able to help me with what I needed. However, he saved me a three hour trip to Birmingham from Monroeville, AL by giving me the numbers for 2 places in Tuscaloosa that he thought could help! Called the first number and they had exactly what I needed!! My experiences with Rob at The Core are all 5-star! He’s a pro, super knowledgeable and competent. Plus, he’s friendly and not easily daunted. Yesterday, he revived my iMac, even after an authorized service provider told me the problem was not fixable. I’m happy to recommend him to all Mac users.
