My experiences with Rob at The Core are all 5-star! He’s a pro, super knowledgeable and competent. Plus, he’s friendly and not easily daunted. Yesterday, he revived my iMac, even after an authorized service provider told me the problem was not fixable. I’m happy to recommend him to all Mac users.
Called and talked with Rob, who wasn’t able to help me with what I needed. However, he saved me a three hour trip to Birmingham from Monroeville, AL by giving me the numbers for 2 places in Tuscaloosa that he thought could help! Called the first number and they had exactly what I needed!! My experience in laptop repair at The Core was excellent. The staff are knowledgeable and prompt in their service. Rob is kind and trustworthy, and will ensure that your technology issues are resolved. I recommend this business fully.
These guys are the best. Friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful and understanding. I was freaking out when my hard drive crashed DURING FINALS. Rob stayed after closing time to make sure all my stuff was backed up and I could get back to work as soon as possible. They even saved me the hassle of getting a part directly from Apple that would have otherwise cost me a few hundred dollars because they happened to have one. With no Apple store available in the area, I highly recommend The Core.
FANTASTIC service! Chase has helped my husband and I several times. My computer completely died and I didn't think it could be fixed. He called and said he thought he could get it working again, and now it's as good as new! They have also advised me over the phone for no cost when I thought I had a virus. I definitely recommend using The Core for ANY Apple needs.
