We have been really enjoying our apartment at the Cordelia! We didn’t realize how conveniently located it really was, just a quick ride to downtown and a zip to Wrightsville beach. The apartment is clean and new and the staff has been nothing but friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!!
Maintenance here is so fast . Ac went out and they were here asap. Thanks Josh and Cordelia Team
Parker Mae is FANTASTIC!! Actually I appreciate all of the staff. Our A/C went out and it was fixed within 30 minutes. The staff is cool and kind. Just a nice place to live.
Great place to live the buildings and amenities are great love the apartments and how they look. Too many cons for the price; lots of break ins (once a week at least) no parking ever especially during holidays everyone decides to bring over multiple guests that take up all the parking. Dog poop everywhere, multiple times trash pick up is skipped and get in trouble for having trash outside the door
I had a very disappointing experience with The Cordelia’s management. I was originally given an extension on my 60-day lease renewal because I was unsure of my housing situation after my rent increased. I ended up being a couple of days past my deadline, so I called the leasing office and spoke with Alex. I explained that I was considering transferring from my one-bedroom apartment to a two-bedroom at The Cordelia with a roommate instead of moving out altogether.
