I worked with Kunal Khemlani to buy an apartment in Queens. He took initiative in sending me listings that matched what I was looking for, in addition to other types of apartments I had not thought about in my initial request. Nightmare rental process, agent miscommunicated everything, had us providing unnecessary paperwork and signing a lease that was voided even after wiring the payments, he drops out of involvement completely (probably removed from job) and we had to start from the beginning with the building’s management. I would never recommend working with such a joke of a service and company.
Terrible experience working with Margot Kizel. Would not work with Corcoran again.
We had a signed contract in our hands, they shortened our last month by 15 days, we asked them to correct it, and they said they would. We didn't get back from them next day and on our second message for update waiting with check in our hands they informed us that someone else had just signed( 24 h after we ask them to correct to lease . I would advise you to avoid agent nicholas and spencer, totally unprofessional and in other hand they dont care.
