Roman Goltyapin was fantastic to work with. Our apartment search was really tough, and we talked to a lot of brokers who were unkind and opaque. Roman was extremely approachable, communicative, helpful, and transparent about every aspect of the process! We especially appreciated him making us aware that the building we saw had some hesitation about cats and that it was harder to get tenants with cats approved. We recently rented an apartment through the Corcoran Group in Park Slope. The experience was top notch. We worked with Wassim who was attentive and did a fantastic job throughout the process. We were able to view the apartment and turn around with a counter signed lease in about a week. He was communicative the entire time and just made the whole stress of moving to a new place easy.
