They can't even list accurate details on their website, back and forth emails and a pointless waste of time on both sides, and extra middle men. Not sure how you run a business like this.

Thanks to Fatma Kara, I found my forever apartment! She is incredibly professional and very responsive - never let my emails/texts go unanswered! She quickly hones in on her clients needs and provides a plethora of options in advance (with amazing videos!!!) to not only narrow down your search but also to save you time (which we all know is priceless)! The agent Fatma Kara sent me a series of informal emails to schedule a viewing. When everything was set up, she asked that I text her when I was 20 minutes away. Because I took the subway, I texted her when I was 6 blocks out, above ground. She then sent me numerous incredibly rude texts trying to blame me for the lack of communication. She told me I was supposed to confirm my appt with her an hour before, which was never stated and also not my job.
