I love this place! I have used them for years (invitations, copies, memorial cards, etc) and they ALWAYS do a great job. Professional, quick turn around and good communication! And very reasonable price
I went to The Copy Shop today. The woman I dealt with was soooo helpful. The have some cool stuff. Highly recommend. 😊
This place might be good for copy and print services but it’s terrible as a FedEx agent. The clerk was unpleasant, and clueless as to FedEx rates and procedures. It took a month to correct the billing from $76.00 to $12.50. I’d recommend finding another FedEx agent in Traverse City.
Had some stickers made for a treat idea and loved the service and product!! Thank you very much for the labels and also good prices!!
Don’t trust Google to present the services provided by The Copy Shop. Case in point: I needed a digital photo to renew my passport. I entered the following search terms in Google: ”traverse city digital passport photo”. Google listed three businesses under the “Places” label, one of which was The Copy Shop. When I drove to the Shop, however, I was told it doesn’t provide digital passport photos. Granted, this may not be the Shop’s fault.
