Created some notepads here for an event. I ok'd the proof via email and got there to pick them up and they looked nothing like the proof they sent me, our logo color was bleeding into the white background of the paper making the white paper appear a gray like color. I asked them to remake them and I sent new digital images to go off to match what we were looking for and I dropped off a physical copy of the exact item we wanted. Called on a Monday about business cards and was informed to email my idea to their email they provided and they should have it completed by that Thursday. I never got contacted and I even tried calling but no hopes. Wasted two weeks of my time since I chose this service instead of Amazon. Now I must purchase from Amazon which hurts local. Do better. here's a screenshot of the sent email.. what exactly did I do wrong

I ordered $300 worth of cards and door magnets from Dan. My cards were to be done 7-14 days. The magnets to be sent to me for approval within that same week. I called one week after ordering to check on progress and got no answers. Here it is 3 weeks later, I call and Dan answers the phone. I inquire about my order he leaves me hold for 5 minutes.
