I ordered $300 worth of cards and door magnets from Dan. My cards were to be done 7-14 days. The magnets to be sent to me for approval within that same week. I called one week after ordering to check on progress and got no answers. Here it is 3 weeks later, I call and Dan answers the phone. I inquire about my order he leaves me hold for 5 minutes. I would recommend trying other print services in the area. If they can’t get a simple 2 page print and fedex document interaction right, I would in no way trust them with anything more important. Very rude guy helping people at the counter. Not just rude to me, but also rude to several people in line. Told the lady next to me that he’s not a post office a rude tone and when I felt a little uncomfortable about sending my fedex package from here (due to the complete disorganization of the store and frantic behavior of this guy... read more
I've been coming to this place periodically for print jobs and every time I'm guaranteed to wait at least a half hour (just to pick up a completed job). They give extra attention to the regulars that are just kind of hanging out and staring at other customers. Every time they take at least 5 mins trying to find my order and at first claim they don't see it (even though I've been called about the order being done). No kind of greetings or "I'll be right with you" and obviously not a lot of good communication between the staff... read more
