Tight squeezing through the gate. Nice people. Relatively quick unload.
I understand that some lighting companies don't offer the customer service that others do, but the manufacturer of these lanterns have been nothing but kind to me while trying to get an order when a lighting showroom refused to help me! The Coppersmith warehouse helped me directly and was extremely helpful and considerate although they don't sell direct! it was wonderful. Wonderful product and great customer service.
As a frequent buyer from The Coppersmith I can say that some of these posts must be referring to a particular Distributor and not the manufacturer themselves. They do stand behind their products 100% and they are of the highest quality. I am familiar with all the Copper Brands and these are among the very best. The fact that the company owns and operates it's own factory in China has no bearing on the quality of the product, they are very hands on and that facility produces a very fine product.
