Incredible customer service! I wish more companies had the same customer-first approach as Coppersmith. I have eight Market Street 16 Electric (MS-16) lanterns installed at my home. While having unrelated electrical work done, a small part was accidentally lost. Tight squeezing through the gate. Nice people. Relatively quick unload.
I understand that some lighting companies don't offer the customer service that others do, but the manufacturer of these lanterns have been nothing but kind to me while trying to get an order when a lighting showroom refused to help me! The Coppersmith warehouse helped me directly and was extremely helpful and considerate although they don't sell direct! it was wonderful.
