I've eaten pizza all across America - NY, Philly, New Haven, Chicago, TX, FL, CA - and in Rome and Venice and China - and this ranks among the best. Great food, good wine, wonderful service and ambiance. A remarkable farm-to-pizza experience. I've blogged about it on Pizza Quixote, see my pics too.
I can't say enough about The Copper Oven...it has every element you could wish for - thoughtfully executed eats emphasizing local/seasonal ingredients, wines/beers to compliment and an atmosphere that is magical. Take a drive, escape for the day and be sure to stop here - be hungry when you do!
Enjoyed a wonderful late lunch today at Copper Oven. Excellent drink selection, delicious food and spectacular ambience. Wish we lived closer as I think we would be regulars, but already planning a return visit. Thank you for an enjoyable afternoon.

When a dining establishment understands how to be successful, and compliments that with a true passion for what they do, you get a result like The Copper Oven. Great layout and atmosphere to handle a large number of people without losing the quaint and personal touch. Our waiter was plesant, the food was reasonably priced, and the portions didn't allow room for dessert (just how I like it). The menu has a unique twist to familiar foods giving you the confidence to order something new, and being glad that you did!
