I had a problem with sealing the area over a garage roller door, that was part of a roof deck. Using a reputable builder and tradespeople, full sealing and tiling of the area failed twice with water leaking into the garage. The C&Z roofing company designed a solution and did an excellent job of installation. Friendly folks and great tradespeople.
