Shout out to The Cooperative Bank for fast exemplary customer service for an impatient customer who doesn't like scary financial surprises. Car purchase in 2021 with IRA Honda that has since been Honda Prime and Now Parkway Honda resulted in a scary certified letter saying we never paid when we bought the car and it's now considered abandoned property. This bank is the worst they do not protect customers accounts from scams or fraud. Allowed $30,000 dollars to be taken out of my 86 year mothers account. Never checked if signatures were forged!! Be careful! That your money out!! It’s is not safe!!!
