I've never been to a bank where every single teller is rude. No matter what I need from this bank, the teller looks terrified, runs to back, and comes back saying they can't help. I've lived in Charlestown for years and have never opened an account with them since every minor transaction is such a complicated mess. They're atm is down half the time as it is.
Bob was very helpful. Thought he was gonna have an attitude but he was actually quite charming and professional.
The basic banking services are excellent. Living locally in Charlestown, if I mess up my on-line log-in, have service queries etc, I can wander down to the Main St office, and they can usually sort it out on the spot - not like other financial institutions where you have to struggle with phone calls (and I don't process 'audio' well).
