I've never been to a bank where every single teller is rude. No matter what I need from this bank, the teller looks terrified, runs to back, and comes back saying they can't help. I've lived in Charlestown for years and have never opened an account with them since every minor transaction is such a complicated mess. They're atm is down half the time as it is.
Bob was very helpful. Thought he was gonna have an attitude but he was actually quite charming and professional.
