The experience there is really not good. Firstly, the nurse didn’t treat you very politely. Secondly, I should have more eggs to retrieve, but they only let one egg to grow and finally retrieved just one egg and my expensive medication is useless. Thirdly, when I visited the doctor first time, he asked me to go to a room to check. I thought he would use some instrument, but he just put his finger into my viginal and asked me if pain here and there. there was no one else there. Afterwards, he asked me to do ultrasound. It’s been about a year since I first started my journey with Dr. Check. After a few failed attempts to begin our family, I was referred to Dr. Check. After a very thorough evaluation I was finally diagnosed with PCOS - which I had been trying to get an official diagnosis for years - but thankfully with the help of his practice, my husband and I welcomed our first son back in February. I will forever be grateful for him & this practice for the kindness they showed us during our struggle.

My experience with the clinic is mixed. The doctors are excellent — very caring, attentive, and truly committed to the treatment. The medical side is, without a doubt, one of the clinic’s strongest points. However, the administrative side leaves a lot to be desired. Unfortunately, the service outside the consultation room is extremely disorganized.
