Posting a follow-up. This is the latest letter I received. A few of my concerns are mentioned in my original post below. In my original post and two letters, I outlined my concerns with specific dates, facts, and outcomes. If I could give -0 stars I would, absolutely no communication in this office between the staff to inform each other what’s going on with your chart and trying to get anyone on the phone if you don’t answer their random phone calls you’ll never get a hold of anyone, beyond rude staff they have an attitude if you ask a simple question, and the receptionist is the worst of all screaming at you, nasty attitude as soon as she picks up the phone like you bothered her day. they don’t explain anything and talk to you like your dumb,... read more
