Very professional, clean, and knowledgeable staff. Everyone is personal and friendly, which immediately puts you at ease. Big shout-out to Linda at reception! She is wonderful and makes every visit smooth and welcoming. Highly recommend The Cooper Clinic!
I have nothing but good things to say about the Cooper Clinic. From my initial contact with Monica who was incredibly personable and helpful. Dr Alex Cooper who performed my breast reduction was lovely and did an amazing job. Simone my nurse who was there for all of my follow-ups and post surgery questions was amazing!
Proceed with caution. A bit disorganized and communication needs work. Triple check everything you are told as information can inconsistent or flat out incorrect, depending on the day or the staff member. Concerns are ignored. Overall, very disappointing. Be 150% sure as they have a no refund policy.
I had my breast implant and tummy tuck done with Dr. Alex Cooper, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! She is truly creative, professional, and made me feel comfortable every step of the way.
