I’ve been a patient at the Cooper Clinic for five years, and every visit has been consistently positive. The staff are not only professional but also genuinely kind and welcoming. Their expertise and attention to detail are evident in everything they do. I’ve never had a single negative experience, and I plan to continue relying on their excellent care. A special shout out to Linda and Emma who are fabulous individuals!
When I walked into clinic I was greeted by a very friendly receptionist who made me feel at ease, then she introduced me to a very helpful and professional nurse. The Dr was very friendly and an excellent surgeon. He carried on A conversation with me with a little laughter thrown in. He did an excellent job, and I highly recommend the cooper clinic . I moved from Montreal to Kingston last summer and needed to find a clinic to continue my hair removal laser treatment. I was specifically looking for Alexandrite laser (that’s what I have been doing for my treatment). I maybe wrong, but at the time I was searching, I was only able to find here offering this specific laser. Tried calling many many times but never was answered. And my friends who go there also have that same thing happen to them too. This place doesn’t pick up any phone call. Left voicemail to reschedule and got my appointment cancelled seconds later but never called me back to reschedule. Then I got blamed and got charged for not showing up even I called to reschedule well over 24hrs ahead of time (but got my appointment cancelled seconds after leaving a voicemail!?)
