Don’t move here. The appliances are crap, the neighbors are noisy, people don’t pick up after their dogs (and there’s no repercussions), the fire pits don’t work, and the gates are always broken (anyone can get in this community and car burglaries are aplenty). Do you want cockroaches? You’ll get cockroaches. Neighbors will not abide by the rules and the management does not follow through on their empty promises. I would NEVER rent here again.
