I have been living here for a year and I absolutely love it. The staff and the doormen/women are wonderful. The building is dog-friendly. It feels very safe and the amenities are great. I think the only complaint I have is that the outside walk area by the river/Harrison (where the white seats are) can have sketchy people around. This is not the fault of The Cooper, however.
We have love living at The Cooper, you must visit to see why. Nestled along the South Branch of the Chicago River, our apartment has stunning views of the river, city skyline, and even the Sears Tower. The amenities are great. I especially love the gym and pool terrace, while my partner appreciates the community events, which have made it easy to meet neighbors and feel at home. Living at The Cooper has been a bittersweet experience. There were some things I liked, like the styling studio and a few staff members consistently did their jobs well. Marquis and Alex at the front desk were very personable and always available. Jade in the leasing office was always helpful and quick to respond to my emails. Pedro from maintenance is probably one of the best parts of the building. He’s well-known by residents and always on top of any work orders or concerns.
