TERRIBLE Management. I scheduled tours based on my availability (about 3) a week in advanced then I found the perfect time and asked for my tour to be rescheduled to that one date, and asked for all previous tours to be cancelled. The day before the tour, I got a message that my tour was canceled and they had nothing for me to tour until the following week. I recently visited The Cooper Luxury Apartments, where my friend used to stay, and I was really impressed by the overall experience especially the views. My friend lived on the 20th floor, and the river view from the apartment was absolutely beautiful. At night, the city lights reflecting on the river created a calm and premium feel that truly captures the charm of downtown Chicago. Been to many buildings, but this one is the best downtown. They community is friendly and management is responsive. They also throw killer party's. The amenities offer a great variety from a salon room to a craft and music room. The management is quick to fix any issues. Best place to live.
