I recently visited The Cooper Luxury Apartments, where my friend used to stay, and I was really impressed by the overall experience especially the views. My friend lived on the 20th floor, and the river view from the apartment was absolutely beautiful. At night, the city lights reflecting on the river created a calm and premium feel that truly captures the charm of downtown Chicago. Been to many buildings, but this one is the best downtown. They community is friendly and management is responsive. They also throw killer party's. The amenities offer a great variety from a salon room to a craft and music room. The management is quick to fix any issues. Best place to live.
I toured the apartments here it was nothing short of amazing. The staff was kind, in particular Yalisha. I plan to call this place home.
I have been living here for a year and I absolutely love it. The staff and the doormen/women are wonderful. The building is dog-friendly. It feels very safe and the amenities are great. I think the only complaint I have is that the outside walk area by the river/Harrison (where the white seats are) can have sketchy people around. This is not the fault of The Cooper, however.
