I had a wonderful stay in The Cooper’s guest suite while visiting my son in Chicago! The suite was spacious, clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed to feel right at home. One of the things I appreciated most was how safe and secure I felt throughout my stay. The building has excellent security, and the Southbank neighborhood is such a peaceful pocket of downtown right along the river. I would not recommend living at The Cooper. My concerns center primarily around safety, professionalism, building maintenance, and management responsiveness. Last year, a resident who was reportedly not authorized to be living in the building hosted a large party. Additional guests were allowed into the building, and the situation ultimately escalated into a fight that continued outside, ending in a fatal shooting of one of the party attendees. I came to visit my sister at this apartment community and had such a great experience! The building was beautiful, spotless, and had a very welcoming atmosphere. The staff was incredibly kind and professional, and everyone I interacted with made me feel so comfortable during my visit. You can really tell the team cares about creating a positive environment for residents and their guests. I had an amazing time visiting and was genuinely impressed by the overall experience!
Daniel is so courteous and always with a smiling face! The flower event was very refreshing. Just fabulous. Thanks staff!
