I have been using the Cooling Company for 6 years and have always been impressed with their courteous knowledgeable technicians.
Technician Edgar, was on time very thorough very polite and did an excellent job. He did exactly what he said he was gonna do and showed us to pictures everything that he did too. And I would highly recommend him and the cooling company.
I had several people come out to give me bids on the new air conditioner, the cooling company was the first one I called I thought I would just get a cleaning and have it tuned up Edgar was a technician he did a wonderful job explaining everything to me and was really honest about the life of my 28-year-old system that I had. Edgar was completely professional, knew what he was doing, explained everything as he was cleaning and tuning, and showed me how the system actually worked.
