Called The Cooling Company to perform a diagnostic evaluation on the A/C unit. The tech arrived on time and was very professional and kind. He listened to my concerns, performed a very thorough inspection, and took the time to explain his recommended repairs. He was even courteous enough to wear shoe coverings when in the house and lay down a blanket to catch any debris when inspecting the crawl space. Very good experience with this company!
The Cooling Company is exceptional! They are family owned, customer focused, and have a true passion for their work. When we moved into a new home recently we arrived to a broken AC on a day that was over 110 degrees! Justin came over almost immediately and while we were hoping for an easier, cheaper fix, he talked us through the issue, recommended fixes, and built trust with us. They came out same day and fixed the problem. It was pricey but they were transparent about pricing, and Juan gave me informed options. Overall very pleased.
Called this company to address an emergency issue with my AC a few weeks ago. While they were professional, timely, and knowledgeble, they were extremely overpriced. I would highly recommend you get a second quote before commiting to them as they charged me about 2-3x more to fix two faulty capcitors and install starters. They are highly rated, but this comes at premium price, so if you are able to, save yourself some $$ and go with independent techs if you can.
It was the morning of 4th of July and my HVAC stopped cooling. Called a Co. that I used before and left info, no call back. I can understand. Called the Cooling Company and they came in 1/2 hour. Justin was very knowledgeable about the situation. Very professional too. Thanks
