Extremely disappointed with their service. The project took way longer than expected, and their workers were rude. After completion, I noticed leaks around the chimney area, and they refused to come back and repair it under their “warranty.” Terrible customer service.

i had called another company for an estimate on a new roof; they came but never got back to me. same day i called cool roofing and they came out right away. jeff horne is very knowledgeable, respectful and efficient. by the following week, i had a new roof and no more leaks. the roof looks great and they went above and beyond what needed to be fixed. the price is reasonable for what needed to be done. i would recommend cool roofing to my friends or anyone i talk with. i am very satisfied with how professional the crew was an... read more

Last month, I called as I had a leak in my ceiling a very rainy week. I actually had two companies come out, one of them being The Cool Roofing Co. One gave me a quote and rec to do a complete tear off to fix the problem. Meanwhile, Jeff from Cool Roofing came out and identified the root cause, did some resealing around bath exhaust vent, and saved me $10k!!

Joey stopped by at what couldn’t have been a better time. He immediately wanted to help. Genuinely. Thats hard to come by now a days. He even schooled me on a whole completely different issue that he had knowledge about. Gave me very helpful tips and pointers. I will most definitely be speaking with him soon regarding the replacement and repair of my roof. His knowledge and customer service were indeed superb. Thanks again Joey .
